Dante Cannatella (*1992), born in New Orleans and now resides in Brooklyn, makes works that are based on his personal experiences, memories, and dreams yet exist in a fictitious world.

Dante Cannatella’s paintings explore what happens when the landscape reclaims the city, when lines between inside and outside become blurry, and how lives are lived in the face of uncertainty and impermanence.
